Comes in 5 different flavours - Sleep, Digest, Immune, Mint Mix and Ginger Mix This tea comes in a tall tube jar with cork lid which is reusable and recyclable. How to steep: Place 1 tsp in a mug or cup, add boiling water and steep for a couple of minutes depending on how strong you like your herbal tea to taste. For a teapot add 1 tsp per person and repeat steps above.
